1. Digital Products

All digital products (workbooks, instructor guides, programs, downloads, and online access) are non-refundable.

Once purchased, you will receive access immediately. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot provide refunds after delivery.

2. Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email address].

We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution.

3. Coaching or Live Services (if applicable)

Refunds for coaching sessions or live programs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Any refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.

4. Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks made in violation of this Refund Policy.
