Simply Soar Reading Core License Agreement

Licensor:
Simply Learn, LLC
d.b.a. Simply Soar Reading™

Licensee:
The individual purchaser of Simply Soar Reading Core.

Grant of License

Upon purchase, Simply Learn, LLC grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Simply Soar Reading™ Core materials for personal educational use.

This license allows the Licensee to:

• Use the materials within a single household, or
• Use the materials as an individual tutor working with one student

The purchase of Simply Soar Reading™ Core grants permission to use the materials, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

All rights remain the property of Simply Learn, LLC.

Permitted Use

The Licensee may:

• Print student materials for use with the licensed student
• Use the materials for in-person or virtual instruction with that student
• Store digital files for personal instructional use

Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Use the materials with multiple students
• Use the materials within tutoring centers, schools, microschools, or organizations
• Share digital files with other individuals
• Upload materials to shared drives or public websites
• Resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the materials

Use of Simply Soar Reading™ with multiple students or within an educational organization requires the Simply Soar Reading™ Professional License.

Intellectual Property

All Simply Soar Reading materials—including but not limited to curriculum content, instructional methods, assessments, student activities, graphics, and guides—are protected under United States copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Simply Learn, LLC.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the materials and immediate access to intellectual property, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing or using Simply Soar Reading™ Core, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this License Agreement.
